The April Aire E100 Dehumidifier delivers powerful, whole-home humidity control with professional-grade performance you can rely on. Designed to efficiently remove excess moisture from the air, the E100 helps protect your home from mold growth, structural damage, and unhealthy indoor air conditions.
The E100 draws incoming air over an evaporator coil, lowering the air temperature below its dew point to extract excess moisture. The removed moisture is automatically drained to a floor or waste drain—eliminating the need for manual emptying. The air is then reheated as it passes across the condenser coil before being returned to the space.
Once the desired humidity set point is reached, the unit shuts off and periodically samples the air to determine when additional dehumidification is needed. This intelligent operation ensures consistent comfort and energy-efficient performance.
The Model E100 can also be programmed to circulate air throughout the treated space. This feature helps even out relative humidity levels and temperature, reducing environmental variations and creating a more stable, balanced indoor environment.
