Another first in the stone industry – a sealer designed to protect against the harsh outdoor environment. While the rest of the industry provided sealers designed for mainly indoor use as an answer to protection from the elements, Modern Stone went directly to the architectural preservation industry to find its answers – our result was a sealer like no other that provides deep protection for both concrete, masonry, and natural stone. Preserve also strongly resists damage associated with saltwater pools.
Modern Stone’s Preserve is an advanced solvent-based outdoor sealer that combines two powerful chemicals into one complete sealer. The synthesis of strong oil and water-based stain resistance with deep organic bonding produces a sealer that provides the most advanced protection from salt, acid rain, high alkali soil, microscopic organic degradation, and U.V. breakdown. Use on marble, granite, limestone, travertine, concrete/masonry, saltillo tile, clay tile, stucco, terrazzo, and grout. Test in an inconspicuous area and allow 24 hours to cure to determine ease of application and desired results.
