CLEAR SEAL is a water-based sealer especially made for grout, porous tile, concrete, natural stone, brick, and many other masonry surfaces. It protects against water and oil-based stains. CLEAR SEAL preserves the natural look of tile and grout without leaving a gloss or color enhancement. Make sure to let the grout dry properly for 72 hours before applying to prevent any wicking haze.
