Product Overview

Foster 40-50 Mold Resistant Coating is the highest quality, low viscosity mold resistant coating on the market today. Foster 40-50 has been designed as a tough, water-resistant coating used to provide protection on surfaces in areas prone to mold growth. Foster 40-50 is specially formulated with select EPA-registered antimicrobial agents to provide long-term protection against odor-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew growth on its surface. It is ideal for use in attic spaces, wall cavities, crawl spaces, floor joists, or wherever mold remediation has occurred.

Foster 40-50 is ideal for use over a variety of surfaces such as wood studs, OSB, wallboard, plywood, masonry, painted surfaces, and metal. It is applied at a coverage rate of 300 sq ft/gallon for fast drying and low-odor application. Foster 40-50 is low viscosity and has a good body which allows easy application with most airless spray equipment or by brush or roller. A water-based formulation allows for non-hazardous application and use when applied according to instructions and can be used for industrial, commercial, residential, hospital and school applications.
