Bioesque® Mold & Mildew Stain Remover is a cosmetic product and is not a substitute for mold remediation. In order to kill the fungal growth, first use Bioesque Bontanical DIsinfectant Solution as directed then use Bioesque Mold and Mildew Stain remover to eliminate the unsightly stains. This should be followed by applying Bioesque Mold Resistant Coating to prevent a recurrence.
Bioesque® Mold & Mildew Stain Remover can even be used on some patio umbrellas and shade structures to remove mold and mildew stains. You should always test to assure the materials are colorfast with our product.
