Bridgepoint Dye Loc, 1 Gallon

Dye-Loc is a water-based fixing agent for direct and reactive dyes. It significantly improves the wash and crock fastness of dyed cellulosic and protein fabrics and their blends. It locks fugitive dyestuff at the molecular level without affecting the dye's light fastness. Tests show that after one treatment with Dye-Loc, dyestuff will not easily migrate during future cleanings. Dye-Loc also provides an antistatic quality to the treated textile. 

Features

• Dilution Ratios: 3 oz./gal.
• RTU pH: 7.5
• Test rug for colorfastness. Pre-test procedure below on a small section of the back of the rug before proceeding.
• If you think the rug may bleed, add 3 oz. Dye-Loc per gallon of warm water. Apply with a professional sprayer.
• Prespray rug with Fabric Prespray diluted 1 to 8 with warm water.
• Rinse and extract with up to 3 ounces of Dye-Loc for each gallon in your rinse water. Test textile (fabric) for colorfastness.
